Mr. Gassimu Mallah brings a wealth of experience to his role at the helm of the People’s Development Organisation (PDO), having served with distinction in various capacities within both local and international spheres. With a dedicated focus on driving the implementation of PDO’s strategic vision, Mr. Mallah assumes the pivotal position of Director, overseeing the organization’s strategic roadmap and ensuring the efficient administration and successful delivery of projects and programs.
During his tenure, Mr. Mallah has cultivated strong partnerships with renowned international entities such as the European Union, leveraging these collaborations to advance PDO’s mission. His leadership has been instrumental in fostering robust community engagement, facilitated by close ties with community governance structures and key partners including Njala University, Bo District Council, and various government institutions.
Under Mr. Mallah’s guidance, PDO remains steadfast in its commitment to adherence to regulatory frameworks, maintaining compliance with standards set forth by SLANGO and governmental authorities. With his astute leadership and unwavering dedication, Mr. Mallah continues to steer PDO towards impactful development outcomes, furthering its vital role in the communities it serves.
